Prepare Your Workspace:
Having an organized and inspiring workspace is crucial to fostering creativity and productivity. Make sure to have all your lettering supplies and tools within reach and keep your workspace clean and free of distractions.
Practice Basic Techniques:
Before you move on to more advanced lettering styles, it's important to master the basic techniques. Practice writing upside down, pressing and pulling, and working with different pen tips to get a feel for how the letters form.

Tips for you if you live in the Stockholm area!
On April 17th and 20th I will be holding a workshop at Åkersbro & Co in Åkersberga. We will go through the basics of modern calligraphy and lettering and you will have the opportunity to create your own quote art. This course is suitable for those who want to learn to write beautifully and also for those who already know a little and want to try a little more.
